Our kitchen team does more than prepare meals—they help the entire camp run smoothly. From cooking nutritious food to keeping the kitchen, cabins, and shared areas clean and welcoming, they’re the behind-the-scenes heroes. You’ll learn to cook with care, work as a team, and serve others with heart.

These team members keep our off-grid site safe and functional. They manage water and solar power systems, handle repairs, and maintain the campsite. If you’re a hands-on problem solver, this is the role for you. No experience needed—we teach you everything from scratch!
